Fall 2023 - Present

  • Supervised the development of trials through the plant, from customer specifications to testing and validation of finished products
  • Analyzed data for testing and characterization of products and presented that data to team members and customers
  • Maintained a collaborative working relationship with research engineers at the Micro/Nano Technology Center at the University of Louisville and utilized resources at the MNTC including training and state of the art testing equipment
  • Assisted in the development and operation of new metallization processes such as Electron Beam Deposition
  • Built parts and inventory within ERP Systems and developed strategies for migrating existing parts and procedures to new ERP frameworks
  • Communicated with customers regarding potential new trial products and also with the testing and detailed status of existing trials
  • Garnered extensive experience with in-house testing capabilities including Profilometry, Reflectometry and Spectrophotometry, and with external resources including Electron Microscopy and X-Ray Spectroscopy at the MNTC
